Return and Exchange Conditions

📦 Return Conditions

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging are intact.
  • You provide the receipt or order number to process the return.

🔄 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items sold at a significant discount (if specified in the offer)
  • Products showing clear signs of use

💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or e-wallet.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a store error or damaged product.

🚚 Product Exchange

  • Exchanges for different sizes or items are allowed within 14 days, subject to stock availability.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the mistake is from the store.

📮 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos showing the issue.
  3. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
