📦 Return Conditions
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition, unused and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- You provide the receipt or order number to process the return.
🔄 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Items sold at a significant discount (if specified in the offer)
- Products showing clear signs of use
💰 Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or e-wallet.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a store error or damaged product.
🚚 Product Exchange
- Exchanges for different sizes or items are allowed within 14 days, subject to stock availability.
- Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the mistake is from the store.
📮 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos showing the issue.
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
